The author has always enjoyed walking around her home town at night, but this summer, in the wake of the COVID-19 lockdown, being outside and walking past the familiar homes in Vankleek Hill at night was a rejuvenating experience for her. The beauty and quiet of the night were irresistible and she started taking pictures.
